What personal information do we store?
Our system stores the following personal information when you use our app:
- Instagram user id
- Instagram username
Why do we store this data?
We need this data to identify your account and activate/restore your PRO/Cloud license when needed.
In order to perform Cloud Service actions, our system also stores your Instagram session token. This helps our servers perform actions on your behalf when you're not using the app.
Cleaner DOES NOT send your password or other sensitive details to our servers.
Your password is sent by our app via secured HTTPS to the Instagram servers in order to authenticate your user on the social network.
We do not (un)follow, (un)block, (un)like or delete on your behalf without your knowledge.
We do not sell/transfer/link your personal data to other individuals, companies, etc.
Get a copy of your data
You can download a copy of your data from our servers. This will include your personal information data and the Cloud Service queue and archive.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request your personal data. This process may take up to 30 days to complete.
Delete your account
Permanently delete your account and associated data from all our servers.
Please send an email to email@example.com to request your account termination. This process may take up to 30 days to complete.
