Please read about the Action Block before using our Cloud Service:
The Cloud Service executes actions automatically, for up to 5 accounts, without having to keep your device running or the app open. You just add actions to the Cloud and we'll take care of the rest. Is that simple!
Our system works at 20 actions per hour, so you'll get 24 hours x 20 actions = 480 actions executed daily. Cloud Service waits if it gets rejected or stops if Instagram flags your account.
Execute actions for up to 5 accounts
You can switch to 5 accounts you own and add cloud actions. We execute them simultaneously, so you'll finish your work faster. Every account has its own Activity Log avaialble in Settings > Cloud Actions > Activity log (only the last 24 hrs actions are shown).
No need to keep your device running or the app open
Now, all the heavy-lifting is transferred to our servers and you can close the app while they work for you. When all the pending actions are executed you receive a push notification.
Limits and rules
To ensure the best cloud performance we added some limits/rules:
- Don't activate Cloud Service on more than 5 accounts per device
- The maximum Cloud Service capacity is 3.500 actions per user
- Actions added over the maximum capacity are deleted automatically
- Pending actions older than 7 days are deleted automatically
- Don't use Local Actions/Night Mode and Cloud Service simultaneously
- Don't use Cleaner's Cloud Service and Captivate's Cloud Service simultaneously
- Don't use other 3rd party apps (including Instagram app itself) to perform the same type of actions when the Cloud Service is active
Cloud Service Errors
If your account is flagged by Instagram the Cloud Service will stop. Restarting does not help because the service will switch back to "Inactive" to prevent further account damage.
Our servers send the following errors if Instagram starts rejecting actions:
A. Cloud Error: Cannot follow more accounts because maximum limit was reached.
Your account has reached the maximum follow limit which is 7500 users (or lower if you have unanswered follow requests). Cloud Service cannot follow more users at this point. Please unfollow some users to get under your current follow count in order to continue.
B. Cloud Error: Cloud Error: Please logout/login inside the main app to continue.
Cloud Service needs you to authenticate again inside the main app in order to continue. Switch to the "problem" account, go to Settings > Account Manager > Swipe left the account to Logout and then Login again. After you login you can return to our app and restart the service from Settings.
C. Cloud Error: Please validate your account inside the Instagram app.
Cloud Service received a "checkpoint_required" warning from Instagram. Please switch to the Instagram official app, confirm your identity or enter verification codes if asked and then you can return to our app and restart the service from Settings.
D. Cloud Error: Instagram sent a 'spam' warning for your account. Cooldown started.
Cloud Service received a "feedback_required" warning from Instagram. A 24 hour cooldown has started and the service will not execute actions for you during this time. Restarting the service will not change that. If you continue to force manual/cloud actions your account may get deactivated by Instagram.
E. Cloud Error: Instagram sent a 'restricted' warning for your account. Cooldown started.
Cloud Service received a "user_restricted" warning from Instagram. A 7 day cooldown has started and the service will not execute actions for you during this time. Restarting the service will not change that. If you continue to force manual/cloud actions your account may get deactivated by Instagram.
